Lifelong Learning

Lifelong Learning can include many things. In addition to traditional CEU credits, you might want to consider working with your diocese to developing a plan based on your gifts and strengths and how best to acquire any new skills you many need. Resources can be explored based on your plan, and the plan can alter as needed.

3rd Mondays: Diaconal stories and information, with Archdeacon Hailey McKeefry Delmas.

Fall Schedule
On the first four Mondays each month; Zoom; 4:00 pm PT / 7:00 pm ET. (1 hr)
  • 1st and 3rd Mondays: Prayer, Scripture, and Fellowship
  • 2nd Mondays: Presentations from deacons about their ministry.
  • 4th Mondays: Continuing education or lifelong learning content coordinated by Bexley Seabury. ​​

Mentoring Deacons, from Pathways for Baptismal Living

This four week, 5-live session course provides potential deacon mentors with the tools and skills to guide, encourage and support the newly ordained deacon. (As outlined in Canon III.7.4g)  Course registration.
