Canon III.4.6 and 4.7 state that "A Eucharistic Minister/Visitor should normally act under the direction of a Deacon..."  With that in mind, these Handbooks were written, collected, and assembled by the Diocese of Tennessee Vocational Diaconal Candidates, 2012.
