A succinct wrap up of the guidelines outlined by General Convention 1988 revising the Title III canons on ministry. The guidelines are divided into four major parts:  The Ministry of All Baptized Persons, Recruitment and Selection, Training, and Deacons in the Church. Formation directors were encouraged to use the outline in the creation of diaconal formation programs in their dioceses.
