TRIENNIAL 2019 CONFERENCE | June 6-9, 2019
Registration payments were greatly reduced due to the generous support of many bishops and Episcopal organizations throughout the church who made direct contributions of over $40,000 to keep the registration cost to a minimum, with donations averaging close to $2,500 per diocese.
Your bishop can still contribute. Donations can be made here. Select Donation or Pledge. Under Additional Information, choose For 2019 Triennial. Thank you!

Additional Event Highlights
Program at the Center for Reconciliation (CFR)
The Rhode Island Center for Reconciliation, rooted in diaconal inspiration and effort, offers a wide range of events, programs and exhibits designed to connect us to the history and the legacy of slavery, the slave trade, and the construction of race in America. Participants will hear how the Center is a product of how one deacon’s conscience was engaged at the 2013 AED Triennial in Williamsburg, VA, to bring home a message that the Diocese of Rhode Island needed to hear.
Closing Eucharist at Trinity Church, Newport
On Saturday afternoon, participants will enjoy a shuttle bus ride to historic Newport, Rhode Island for our closing Eucharist.
A free evening to explore downtown Newport
Dinner on your own will follow Saturday's Closing Eucharist, and you will be free to explore. Shuttles buses will transport attendees back to our hotel following the Eucharist for those wishing to return to Providence for dinner on their own, or at 10:30 pm for those wanting to stay in Newport for the evening.
