St. Stephen Recognition: Diaconal ministry in the tradition of St. Stephen

Bishops from all dioceses in The Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church of Canada were invited to designate deacons whose ministries exemplify the call of a deacon as presented in our Book of Common Prayer.  This year 22 ministries, led by 22 deacons were chosen to be honored. The St. Stephen Recognition is a source of inspiration for the church and, especially, for other deacons.
