Question #1 How do you envision contributing to the AED Board? What are your special talents and gifts?
I envision using my Organizing skills to chair very successful A3D conferences in 2019 and 2020. Also, speaking out on Social Justice issues that AED needs to confront. I think my gift of building relationships with a variety of people, being able to articulate a vision and getting things done will help in growing AED in the deacon communities, which will increase our membership.
Question #2 What is your vision for the future of the Association for Episcopal Deacons?
My vision is to help AED become a major force in the Episcopal Church. I want AED to be recognized as the one for aII deacons to join. To be the voice or all deacons and become a true equal order in our church. I am excited bout the future of AED and want to be a part of that future.
