Registration requires 2 steps. Until both are done, your registration is incomplete.
Step 1: AED Program / Meals Registration
Conference cost is $395
“Archdeacon 101” pre-event is an additional $70
Conference reservations must be made by midnight on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020.
NOTE: Every year, a few attendees “register” for this conference by simply making a donation of the conference cost amount. They then arrive technically unregistered, causing a good deal of confusion. Please complete the full online conference registration using the link below.
Step 2: Hotel Registration

Room rates are $129/night (single or double), plus tax.
NOTE: If your diocese is paying for you, you must complete this form. Email the completed form to the name listed, and bring the form with you to the conference.
The room rate is available three nights before and three nights after the event, depending on availability. Hotel reservations must be made by midnight on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020.

Roommates are often located by posting on AED's Facebook group. AED cannot assist in locating roommates for attendees.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Every year, there are several attendees who have their diocese reserve their room with a diocesan credit card. If your ID at check-in does not match the credit card used for your registration, please be aware that you will be required to present a personal credit card for incidentals.
