Deacon Compensation - Diocesan Convention Resolutions
​These dioceses have ​passed a convention resolution which includes remuneration for deacons, allowing for participation in the Church Pension Fund.  Details.

Archdeacon Steve Costa, Deacon Mary Margaret Smith, Transitional Deacon Suzanne Kobayashi, and Deacon Alberta Buller delivered food from the Diocese of Hawaii's clergy conference to neighbors in need.

Deacons and a Deacon Postulant participated in a vigil for fellow Episcopalians, Yeonsoo Go & Ketty Elizabeth De Los Santos in the Diocese of New York on August 2, 2025. The 20 year old student and 59 year old woman were detained July 30 by ICE following routine court hearings.
